It is not that the course was bad. Courses teach with examples, and work never arrives shaped like the example.
REASON 01
You do not know how to choose
Nobody teaches you how to decide what to automate first. Choose wrong and a month goes by with no time saved — and all that is left is the conclusion that it is not for you.
REASON 02
You do not know how to check it
Without a way to confirm the output is right, a person ends up rechecking all of it. That takes more time than before you automated anything.
REASON 03
You do not know how to undo it
If you build no place to hand back to a person when it fails, the first time it goes wrong everything reverts to hand — and it never gets switched on again.

Do you do it often?
Automating something you do once a month shows nothing. It has to be something you do at least once a week for the effect to appear.

Is it a task with rules?
Work where the judgement changes every time still belongs to a person. It only automates once you can write down 'in this case, do this.'

Does getting it wrong do little harm?
Contracts, settlements and customer replies do not get automated first. Your first automation has to be something you can undo when it gets it wrong.

Can the output be checked?
There has to be a way to confirm it is right within thirty seconds. Without one, a person rechecks everything — and then nobody uses it.

Updates

Common questions
Is it all right if I have never used one?
Stage 1 is that place. It is not a tool manual but 'how to choose what to automate first,' so you can follow it even if you have never written any.
Which tools do you use?
We do not fix on any. Tools change often. We pick whatever fits best at the time and teach you the basis for picking, so that when the tools change you do not have to learn it all again.
Do I have to pay for paid tools separately?
Stage 1 runs on free tools alone. Stages 2 and 3 sometimes need paid tools; we tell you what and how much before you start.
If you set it up, can I change it myself?
That is the goal of stage 3. If we build it and leave, you have to call us again next time. We hand over where and how to change it, and give you a maintenance guide.
Does my data leave?
Whatever you feed into the automation runs in your own account. We do not keep it. Where an outside tool is involved, we write down first which data passes through where.
If I don't like it, can I get a refund?
. On your first payment 100% refund guarantee agreement must be signed before payment goes through — we could not offer this if we were not sure of the work. The terms are these. ① A change of mind can be withdrawn Within 7 days of purchase of purchase. ② However, once digital content (Korea's Cultural Industry Promotion Act, Art. 2(5)) has begun to be delivered, that portion is not refundable — a video cannot be un-watched once opened.
Can I transfer what I bought to someone else?
No. A purchase cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another account. That is part of why the price sits below list price.
