We start with instruments made for total beginners — guitar, ukulele, keyboard, the kind you can pick up on your own at home. If you don't have an instrument, you can start with singing instead.
Opening Your Senses starts with drawing simple lines. There's a dedicated first ten pages for people whose hands feel stiff and unsure.
We start with breathing, not pitch. Singing is also breath training, so it connects with Windbreath.
The dance class starts with rhythm, not flexibility. You'll begin with moves you can do sitting down.
No. Only those who want to perform do. But having a date on the calendar does help people stick with it.
