First we measure what you can do now
Your starting tier depends on how much you already know. This is not about right and wrong answers.
My starting tier
02
It unfolds in five stages
All of it You do it yourself is something you do. We do not look it up for you or take your details.
Run jointly by the Korea Life Insurance Association and the General Insurance Association of Korea, Find My Insurancelets you see every policy in your own name at once. All it needs is identity verification.
What to check Forgotten policies, ones your parents took out for you, ones past maturity.
For every policy What · up to how much · by when Write down only three things. You need not read the whole policy — they appear on the certificate or in the app.
What to check The maturity age. Up to eighty or up to a hundred makes a large difference.
Look for the same item in two or three places. In particular, Indemnity coverpays out only once, however many you hold.
What to check Fixed-sum benefits like a diagnosis payout can stack; indemnity cover, which pays what you spent, cannot. Knowing this difference is the whole of this stage.
Once you have found the overlaps, What isn't thereis what we look at. Write down the biggest risk for your age and household as they are now.
Caution Don't go and sign up straight from here. Just write it down and look again in two weeks.
Cancelling cannot be undone. To rejoin, you are underwritten again at your age and health of that day.
What to check Whether you could rejoin on the same terms at your current age, whether the waiting period restarts, and what happens to what you have already paid.

A two-week checklist
One a day, no more. Trying to do it all at once and burning out is the most common way it ends.
| Tier | Week 1 | Week 2 |
|---|---|---|
| A | Find every policy and list them · write the count and the monthly premium | For every policy What · up to how much · by when Copying it across |
| B | Move the cover onto one page | Find overlapping cover · check for more than one indemnity policy |
| C | Telling the overlaps from the gaps | List candidates to cancel, but In two weeks Watch again |

Just keep this rule
- We do not recommend products. We introduce no company and no agent. The moment we do, the direction of the advice changes.
- We do not collect your details. This screen neither looks anything up nor sends anything. Every step is one you carry out yourself.
- Don't cancel anything today. Once you have listed cancellation candidates, leave it two weeks and look again. Cancelling cannot be undone, and rejoining means being underwritten at your current age and health.
- Indemnity cover pays out only once, however many policies you hold. It differs from a fixed-sum diagnosis benefit. Know just this and the overlaps become visible.
- Write down what you don't know. You need not understand every term in the policy. Just mark what you don't know and we look at it together in stage 2.
Once the insurance is sorted
Next is 〈Full Harvest〉. Income, spending, assets and debt onto one page, and a look at where it leaks and where it is concentrated. Here too we recommend no security and no product — our part ends at how to count the proportions.

Atovia is not a medical institution and does not diagnose or treat. If you have pain or a diagnosed condition, please clear this with your own clinician first. If you feel chest pain, dizziness or severe breathlessness while exercising, stop at once and speak to a clinician.
Note · Atovia does not solicit insurance, does not recommend products, and does not pass enquirers to agents. Insurance solicitation is an area where Article 83 of the Insurance Business Act sets the qualifications. Recommending a particular security or product can touch on investment advice under the capital markets law, so we do not go there.
